Saltwater Pool & Spa
Newly renovated Pool & Hot Tub are now open and ready for your enjoyment!! Saltwater Pool StoneRidge Townhomes Pool & Spa open Memorial Day Weekend through Mid-October (depending on weather). The Pool & Spa have been converted to Saline / Salt Water – the water looks and feels great !!
Workout Facility
The workout facility is located inside the clubhouse and includes a treadmill, elliptical, bike and stair stepper. Free weights and a paramount weight training system.
Tennis Courts
2 Professional tennis courts are available exclusively for the use of our owners and guests. Rackets and balls are available for check out at the clubhouse front desk. Bikes
Adult cruiser bikes are offered complimentary to our vacation rental guests. Children’s bikes, trailers and tag-alongs can be rented at 4 Seasons Recreational Outfitters in the Village at Sunriver. Discount coupons for 4 Seasons are available at the StoneRidge front desk. Sunriver offers over 30 miles of paved bike trails.
Library & Club Room
Hideaway and relax or take care of some business in our quiet library upstairs in the clubhouse. You can connect to free wireless internet or read one of the large selections of books available. Feel free to take any of the games, puzzles, books or movies back to your townhome
Water Features
Meditate or relax near one of the many tranquil water features on the Stoneridge grounds.
Private Greenspace
Each Stoneridge Townhome backs up to the private, common greenspace. A waterfall on one end, and a spacious green lawn (perfect for active families) on the other.
