Deposit Policy
50% deposit due 2 weeks from the date the reservation is placed.
Balance is due in full 30 days prior to the date of arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations canceled 30 days or more prior to arrival date will receive a refund of the total deposit less 10% of the total room charge.
Reservations canceled less than 30 days from the date of arrival will forfeit the total deposit. If the home is re-rented, only a 10% handling fee will apply.
